Hello friends,
I was a user of ubuntu
14.0.4 . In ubuntu unity is a special feature .If i search for
something very important I used to c unwanted suggestions and this
unity user interface also occupied most of the system
performance.Thus i decided to shift to a basic user-interface and
when I looked for solving this issue in a website ,I came to know
that these suggestions are from the Amazon ).
The most funny thing of all is that I glanced at
amazon add’s in that website which i visited featuring the
products which tracked all of my previous search history.Though I
know I am tracked before this , I felt really ridiculous now
When
i went through this website i got a solution (a line of code ) to
stop the amazon suggestion in the unity launcher
$ wget -q -O – https://fixubuntu.com/fixubuntu.sh | bash
